The 2021 round of bargaining
YUFA's collective agreement expired on April 30, 2021. YUFA or the Employer may file notice to bargain as early as 90 days before the expiration date of the current collective agreement. YUFA served notice of intent to bargain on April 30, 2021.

The 2018 round of bargaining
YUFA's collective agreement expired on April 30, 2018. YUFA filed notice to bargain with the Employer on February 2, 2018. YUFA's Primary Negotiating Positions (PNPs) were ratified by the membership on February 15, 2018.

The 2015 round of bargaining
YUFA's collective agreement expired on April 30, 2015. YUFA began bargaining with the Employer at the end of May 2015 with the goal of achieving a new and improved collective agreement.
A tentative agreement was reached on February 9, 2016 and was ratified by the membership on February 23, 2016.
