The 2021-2024 Collective Agreement is a legal contract between the York University Faculty Association (the certified bargaining unit representing all full-time faculty, librarians, archivists, as well as post-doctoral visitors at York University) and the York University Board of Governors (the body representing the Employer). The print version of the Collective Agreement is normally distributed to all YUFA members shortly after ratification.
The Collective Agreement governs the terms and conditions of work for full-time faculty members at York University and includes the 2021-24 Collective Agreement, the 2021-24 Tenure and Promotion Documents, and the 2021-24 Memorandum of Settlement.
