Collective Agreement

The 2018-21 Collective Agreement is a legal contract between the York University Faculty Association (the certified bargaining unit representing all full-time faculty members at York University) and the York University Board of Governors (the body representing the Employer). The print version of the Collective Agreement is distributed to all YUFA members shortly after ratification.

The Collective Agreement governs the terms and conditions of work for full-time faculty members at York University and includes the 2018-21 Collective Agreement, the 2018-21 Tenure and Promotion Documents, and the 2018-21 Memorandum of Settlement.
