The highest decision-making body in YUFA is the General Membership Meeting, which allows members in good standing to determine the direction of the Association. An Annual General Meeting usually takes place in the second half of the Winter semesters, although more General Membership Meetings may take place throughout the year as needed.

General Membership Meetings are governed by Article 3 of the Constitution. They usually take place in person, but are now conducted by Zoom during the pandemic. 

In advance of General Membership Meetings, YUFA posts agendas and meeting packages, which includes documents and other materials, to the list below. In the days after the meeting, draft minutes are also posted to this list.
