YUFA has learned of the imminent rollout of an electronic CV management system in which members will be asked to voluntarily participate.
Since major questions regarding data ownership, data governance, and decision-making processes based on the data collected through YUFA members' participation remain unresolved, and no Senate policy in this regard is in place, YUFA strongly advises members not to allow their CV data to be entered into the system until these issues are resolved.
