The current YUFA collective agreement expires on 30 April 2024. Negotiations for a renewal collective agreement will be conducted by YUFA’s Bargaining Team, the members of which are appointed by the YUFA Executive. 

YUFA’s Executive Committee invites members from all faculties and appointment classifications to indicate their interest in serving on the Bargaining Team by providing a written statement describing any relevant experience.  The YUFA Executive Committee especially welcomes nominations from members of equity-seeking groups and members with an ability to analyze the financial and institutional data relevant to negotiations and who possess a good knowledge of the collective agreement.
