YUFA will send up to five (5) members to attend the CAUT Francophones' Conference to be held at the Sheraton Ottawa Hotel from February 23 to 24, 2018. The conference program, overview, and hotel information can be found here.

Eligible expenses, upon providing receipts, include:
- Early Bird Registration (January 12, 2018) fee of $420
- Hotel accommodation at the special rate of $185 per night (must reserve room by January 21, 2018)
- Transportation costs (air fare, train, or mileage)
