Research study on 2SLGBTQI+ employees

Researchers from the Schulich School of Business at York University aim to understand how 2SLGBTQI+ employees perceive and cope with anti-2SLGBTQI+ events in Canada. The goal is to gain insights into how 2SLGBTQI+ individuals navigate these events, which are part of a larger anti-2SLGBTQI+ movement, and to assess whether these events impact workplace dynamics, including job performance. This knowledge is crucial, given the increasing prevalence of anti-2SLGBTQI+ events in Canada and globally.

As the 2SLGBTQI+ community represents a wide range of identities, it is essential for the research to reflect this diversity. To achieve this, the researchers aim to select a diverse group of participants for interviews based on responses to this brief screening survey.

Please note that the screening survey is part of a larger study and does not offer compensation. However, participants selected for the subsequent interview phase will receive compensation for their time and insights.

For further questions, please get in touch with Dr. Daniel J. Quintal-Curcic or Dr. Brent Lyons.

Information about the survey can be shared with others who may be interested in participating in this research. However, kindly refrain from sharing this invitation on social media to ensure the safety of both the research team and potential participants.

If you are willing to confidentially share participate in this study, please complete the screening survey.
