YUFA Indigenous Council raises concerns about the dismissal of Audrey Rochette, appointed in June 2025 as Assistant Vice-President, Indigenous Initiatives, and seeks to ensure that the next AVPII is a YUFA member, as originally requested. The change of the position to one outside the bargaining unit was done without the consent of YUFA or the Indigenous Caucus.
