The appointment of Yolanda B’Dacy as YUFA’s Executive Director will strengthen our union, increase service to members and ensure that YUFA is prepared to deal with future challenges. Yolanda will work with the YUFA Executive to support operations management, strategic planning, financial oversight, relations between the Executive and staff, oversight of information systems, oversight of legal systems, member engagement, mobilization and advocacy. We welcome Yolanda into this position!
