In preparation for negotiating a new Collective Agreement, YUFA is staffing its Bargaining Priorities Committee. The mandate of the committee is to ensure broad membership input into the process of developing the priorities for the next round of collective bargaining, which is expected to commence in the spring of 2027.

There are three openings for members interested in learning about bargaining and joining the committee. In addition to the three members-at-large, the committee will include members of the Executive Committee and Stewards' Council.
