YUFA disappointed that Employer has not provided a copy of the collective agreement

The 2018-21 Collective Agreement is a legal contract between the York University Faculty Association (the certified bargaining unit representing all full-time faculty members at York University) and the York University Board of Governors (the body representing the Employer).

The Employer has not yet provided members with a final copy of the agreement 2021-2024. YUFA sent the employer the working version with tracked changes in November 2022. We provide this working version here in a link to the YUFA website.

YUFA finds it incomprehensible that with just over one year remaining in the Agreement, the Employer has not provided YUFA members the agreement. YUFA has prodded the Employer numerous times to finalize and publish the Agreement.
