The 2024-2027 Collective Agreement is a legal contract between the York University Faculty Association (the certified bargaining unit representing all full-time faculty members at York University) and the York University Board of Governors (the body representing the Employer).

The Employer has not yet provided members with a final copy of the 2024-2027 agreement, as per Article 30. We have requested digital copies for members and for the YUFA website, plus hard copies for stewards, YUFA officers and staff.

YUFA is disappointed that the Employer has not provided the Collective Agreement to YUFA members. The Memorandum of Settlement, which summarizes the changes from the previous 2021-2024 agreement, is posted here on the YUFA website.
