YUFA continues to defend several of the 18 YUFA colleagues who hold Special Renewable
Contracts (SRCs). Some contracts were not renewed where they should have been; this is
unacceptable. YUFA is taking all measures available to remediate the situation. The Employer's
targeting of some of these colleagues for dismissal is unacceptable and YUFA will continue to
firmly defend our members' Collective Agreement rights.
