Thank you to the 457 members who completed the YUFA Communications Survey earlier this year. A special note of appreciation to the 120 members who provided specific comments, suggestions and feedback.

The results of the survey show that 82% of members believe that the number of emails they receive from YUFA is “about right”, while 13% believe it is “too low”, and 4% “too high”.

Half of the respondents disagree with YUFA using social media (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Reddit) to provide information to members. A third are undecided and 18% agree that social media should be employed by YUFA.

The main source of information about YUFA for members are emails from YUFA (86%), emails from stewards (6%), communication with colleagues (2%) and YUFA’s website (2%).
