The nomination period for the 2017-19 YUFA Officers election closed on Friday, November 25 at 6:00 p.m. Two positions will be elected: Chief Steward (1 of 2) and Equity Officer (1 of 2). The terms of office begin June 1, 2017 and end May 31, 2019. Read more about the positions here.
One nomination was received for each of the two positions. Where only one candidate is nominated for an Officer position, a ratification vote will take place.

The vote will take place from Monday, November 28 at 12:00 p.m. to Monday, December 12 at 12:00 p.m. Eligible voters will receive by email at 12:00 p.m. today an invitation to vote in the election. Voting instructions will be included in the email.
