Negotiations continue between YUFA and the union (CUPE 1281, YUFA sub-unit) that represents the 8 YUFA staff members. After 4 days of bargaining, the parties have exchanged and discussed proposal packages, and agreed on 14 revisions to the Collective Agreement. Three additional days of negotiation are scheduled in August. We are working toward a prompt renewal of the staff’s CA, which expired in May.
