YUFA recently conducted a by-election for the positions of Recording Secretary and Equity Officer on the Executive Committee. YUFA also conducted a ratification vote for the position of Stewards' Council Representative to the YUFA Executive Committee. The by-elections and ratification vote took place at the same time: from Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EDT to Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EDT.

The votes were governed by the YUFA Constitution and the YUFA Bylaws.

In the Executive Officer by-elections, a total of 487 voters cast ballots out of 1,652 eligible voters, for a turnout of 29.5%.

In the Stewards' Council ratification vote, a total of 25 voters cast ballots out of 43 eligible voters, for a turnout of 58.1%.
