Supported by the Canadian Association of University Teachers (CAUT), a group of YUFA members filed an application for judicial review of the decisions to suspend admission to 19 programs.
YUFA will keep members informed as the application is considered by the court. A copy of the application is here. The judicial review application is also posted on the YUFA website, on the program suspension page under Documents.
