On December 15, 2021 you received an update related to a settlement YUFA and the Employer had recently reached in relation to return to in-person teaching, among other things.
Under the MoS members have enhanced protections where their personal circumstances require more flexible work arrangements, including continued remote teaching. Please see below for the original message.
At present, York has set January 31, 2021 as the date for return-to-in person teaching. YUFA strongly encourages members needing to pursue the options to do so as soon as possible (and NOT to wait to see if York will be pushing the return to in-person teaching back further).
