Course cancellations? Academic Administrative positions terminated? Contact YUFA!

If your course has been cancelled for whatever reason (e.g.  enrollment below a new threshold, or a program change) or if you are told you “owe” a course, please reach out to YUFA at [email protected].  Course cancellations interfere with program integrity and have workload implications for colleagues; they should never take place without collegial consultation within the unit.  

Also contact YUFA if any Academic Administrative Positions (covered under Appendix P of our Collective Agreement) have been terminated or not renewed in your unit. Like new hires, these positions require collegial approval under the terms of the YUFA Collective Agreement.   Our rights and entitlements are under attack.   YUFA needs everyone to share information on what’s going on across the university in order to defend our Collective Agreement rights.
