On the afternoon of December 24, YUFA signed a Memorandum of Understanding with York University to implement, at last, the 2025 Equal Pay Exercise. By April, 126 YUFA colleagues will finally receive equity-based pay adjustments as outlined in Appendix L of the YUFA Collective Agreement. They will also in due course receive a lump-sum payment for the differential between their old and new salaries since January, 2025.
