YUFA is led by many people and groups, including the Executive Committee, the Stewards' Council, the YUFA Caucuses, the Joint Committee on the Administration of the Agreement (JCOAA), and YUFA's professional staff, just to name a few. Most of these groups are made up of YUFA members who are democratically elected by the membership or who are appointed by Executive or other bodies and ratified by Stewards' Council.
Each of the groups below is responsible for a particular area of work, either inside YUFA or with the Employer, and reflects the Association's division of labour. Many of these groups are supported by a YUFA staff representative.
YUFA encourages member participation in all areas of the Association.
