YUFA is seeking one (1) member to serve as Returning Officer for the Association. The Returning Officer’s primary duties are to ensure that all elections, including those for Officers, Stewards, ratification votes and approval of budgets and levies, conform with the YUFA Constitution and YUFA By-Laws and are conducted in a fair and trustworthy manner.
The position includes reading parts of the YUFA constitution and by-laws to ensure voting (for the upcoming election for the Executive committee, and during the Fall and Spring general membership meetings) is taking place according to our regulations.
The position is a great way to learn more about how YUFA works, and to support the Association.
