Reaching out to Former CUPE 3903 Members Eligible for retroactive pay

URGENT: CUPE 3903 has requested support in reaching out to their former members who have not yet received their Bill 124 pay settlements because they are no longer at York. The Employer (York University) requires former 3903 members to submit their banking information by the end of September to receive Bill 124 retroactive salary.  YUFA members are likely to know some of these former TAs and CUPE colleagues who are unaware they are eligible for a settlement. Unfortunately, the Employer has refused to provide this list organized by academic unit.

In solidarity, please scan this list for the names of former TAs, graduate advisees and contract faculty who have not yet been paid their settlement, and forward the information below to anyone you know how to reach.

Alternatively, if a name appears for whom you have an email address, please pass on the address to [email protected]
