Dear Stewards’ Council members: This is to notify you that a vote to ratify three Equity Subcommittee appointments and four joint-committee appointments made by the Executive Committee will begin on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. EDT and end on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. EDT. The results will be announced on the Stewards’ Council email list shortly after voting ends on July 31.

Eligible voters will receive by email an invitation to vote when voting begins at 12:00 p.m. EDT on July 24. Voting instructions will be included in the email.
