Notice of vote to ratify By-Law change and Executive Committee appointments: July 16 to 23, 2020

Dear Stewards’ Council members: This is to notify you that a vote to ratify one change to the YUFA By-Laws and and to ratify two joint-committee appointments made by the Executive Committee will begin on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. EDT and end on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. EDT. The results will be announced on the Stewards’ Council email list shortly after voting ends on July 23.

Eligible voters will receive by email an invitation to vote when voting begins at 5:00 p.m. EDT on July 16. Voting instructions will be included in the email.

If you do not receive a voting invitation by 5:00 p.m. EDT on July 16, please email [email protected].

This vote is being conducted according to the YUFA Constitution and the YUFA Bylaws. Members who require accommodation should email [email protected].
