Dear Stewards' Council members: This is to notify you that a vote to ratify the second of two Stewards' Council Representatives to Executive Committee will begin on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EDT and end on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The results will be announced on the Stewards' Council email list shortly after voting ends on July 8.

This is a ratification vote because only one candidate was nominated before the nominations period closed on June 15, 2020. The candidate for ratification is Stefan Kipfer, Steward for the Faculty of Environmental Studies (2018-21).

Eligible voters will receive by email an invitation to vote when voting begins at 10:00 a.m. on June 24. Voting instructions will be included in the email.
