YUFA is governed by a  Constitution (2017, Amended) and By-Laws (May 2016, Amended). For meetings and matters not otherwise stipulated in the Constitution and By-Laws, the Association follows Bourinot’s Rules of Order (Article 3.4 of the Constitution). In addition, from time to time, different bodies of the Association have approved additional Policies and Guidelines. The By-Laws of the Association are enacted and amended by the Executive (Article 5.1 of the Constitution) and approved by Stewards Council (Article 4.3 of the Constitution). Changes to the Constitution may be made by a 2/3 majority of the Membership (Article 11).
