YUFA's 2015-16 Bargaining Posters

This round of bargaining is all about fairness, democracy, and respect. There is a lot of complexity in collective bargaining, but in the end it comes down to values: what kind of university do we want, and how should the Employer treat its employees who make the university work? These materials express the values at the core of our bargaining priorities. YUFA encourages members to distribute these materials, in print or electronic form, to highlight what's at stake in this round of bargaining.

This Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document is the first attempt to answer these questions as clearly as possible.
